Refurbished

  • Fully tested, 100% functional, cleaned, and restored.

  • Battery health and cosmetic condition disclosed in each listing (Excellent, Good, Fair).

  • May show minor wear; performance is reliable.

Pre-Owned

  • Previously owned, tested for full functionality.

  • Sold in “as-is” cosmetic condition (may include scratches, scuffs, or other wear).

  • Performance remains consistent unless otherwise noted.

New

  • Factory-sealed or open-box new items.

  • Covered by manufacturer’s warranty (if applicable).

  • Guaranteed new cosmetic and performance condition.

3. Pricing and Payments

  • Prices are in USD unless stated otherwise.

  • Prices may change without notice.

  • Payment must be completed at checkout via approved methods (e.g., Shopify Payments, PayPal).

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Orders typically process in 1–3 business days.

  • Delivery times depend on carrier and destination.

  • We’re not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.

  • You’re responsible for accurate shipping details at checkout.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be returned in the same condition received, with all included accessories.

  • Return shipping may be the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
