At IREPAIR ELECTRONICS, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.
Receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us using the info below.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
For valuable items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking information.

Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (available at checkout)
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen issues.

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
